If you recognise yourself in one of these profiles, we can help.

  • Asylum applied for before 2026

Frequently asked questions

  • Is what you do legal?

Yes. Dataura is an informational service. We help you understand RD 316/2026 and prepare the supporting documentation. The official application is always filed by you (or your lawyer) at the Immigration Office.

  • What happens with my data?

Only what's necessary. No account is created, we don't store your answers in any database, and your passport photo is processed in your browser. We only keep the payment email (via Stripe) to send you the download link.

  • What if I'm not eligible?

We tell you at the end of the assessment, explaining why and what alternatives you have. You don't pay anything, and we offer a list of specialised lawyers if you want a second opinion.

  • Does Dataura replace a lawyer?

No. We are a support tool. If your case has any complication (criminal record, appeals, minors), consult an immigration lawyer before filing.

  • Can I request a refund?

Yes, if the dossier doesn't include the promised information for your path. Email us at soporte@dataura.es within the first 14 days and we'll refund you.

  • Which languages are supported?

The site, the assessment and the supporting material (document checklist and step-by-step guide) are available in Spanish, English, French and Arabic, with full RTL support. The cover letter for the Oficina de Extranjería is always in Spanish, because Spanish authorities only accept filings in Spanish or the co-official regional language.

  • What's the deadline to file?

30 June 2026. This is the filing deadline, not the resolution deadline: once inside, your file is processed under the norm.
